Carolyn Ruck is a principal in the consulting firm of Ruck-Shockey Associates, Inc., providing linking insights into what is available in new systems, strategic plans, new technology and implementation of future changes. She has over 20 years of operational and project experiences including operational review & assessment studies; service integration (multi-service/multi-unit); meal deliver service programs; implementation processes and request for proposal (RFP) leadership. She is trained in both European and US food service delivery systems, as well as cost control, retail and customer service sensitivity programs.

Georgie Shockey is a principal in the consulting firm, Ruck-Shockey Associates, Inc., providing linking insights into what is available in new systems, strategic plans, new technology and implementation of future changes. resource experience including, recruitment processes and practices, retention program development, training and development of staff within various foodservice segments. She has knowledge in all
aspects of a hospitality operation that allows her to effectively recruit and place the most appropriate candidates. Judy has managed nationwide recruiting efforts with
responsibilities covering over 5,000 exempt positions in over 500 different locations. She has recruited in all segments of the foodservice industry including, healthcare, schools, colleges, theme
and independent restaurants and business and industry. The tools and resources that Judy has developed and brings to Ruck-Shockey offer our clients a strategic advantage in their human resource
efforts. She offers the R2R (Recruit to Retain) program as the centerpiece. In 2002 Judy joined Ruck-Shockey Associates, Inc., a firm focusing on foodservice consulting
to provide planning, management and systems design resources for their clients. She is an active member of Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM) and HFM as well as a frequent
